The barrel is made of polyethylene plastic and is completely seamless, very easy to keep clean and easy to use.
The complete delivery includes a stylish and snow-resistant plastic cover with a lifting handle, a large approx. 35 kW marine aluminum heater, a drain tap and an outlet pipe. The barrel is thermally insulated. There is a 45 cm Styrox filling in the bottom, which means that there will be no frost in this pool to the annoyance of the bather. The outer lining is made of domestic heat-treated pine (Lunawood). The pool package is 100% Finnish quality work.

Improved seat comfort in the rotationally molded pool - also for taller bathers
The maintenance-free, molded PE plastic basin comes to us almost from our neighbor, Pipelife from Oulu. In their factories, a pool that is rotationally molded into shape from plastic granules is created as a result of a precise process. The plastic grain is placed in the mold and the mold rotates in the oven for an hour. After cooling, the pool is ready to be transferred to Hyvän Kaupa Paika's production line.
We have paid special attention to seat comfort in the design of the pool. The sides of the pool are not vertical, as a wedge-shaped insulating air space has been left between the pool and the edge paneling, which is more gentle on the bather's back. The edges of our basins are on average higher than those of other manufacturers, so even taller bathers' shoulders sink below the surface of the steaming warm bath water and their necks don't start to freeze. The comfort of the seat is top class and the legs are not in a knot in this hot tub, because despite the height, the bench is not too low.

We are very proud of the products from our line, and we've been making this Classic Hot Tub model for years using the same reliable process. The bath tub's side panels arrive at our factory as long materials. They are cut to the correct size and assembled into an element, inside which we insert an insulated base made by Jackon from Sastamala and a maintenance-free PE plastic tub molded by Pipelifen from Oulu. The precise bath tub experts on the line drill the drainage hole at the bottom, the stove holes on the side, and set the hoses in place. Finally, the package is carefully tilted onto its side for installation of the drain pipe.
The Classic Hot Tub is delivered free of charge to its new, happy owner, who will only need a water hose, firewood, and fire-starting tools. However, the new owner must ensure the bath tub is installed level so that the water does not settle unevenly in the tub. The package includes installation instructions, but in practice, the new owner only needs to attach the stove to the bath tub using hose clamps, screw the stove's exhaust valve tight, and voila—it's time for a bath!
Super efficient marine aluminum stove
The marine aluminum stoves included in Hyvän Kaupan Paika's hot tub package are manufactured in Finland. The high-power, 35kW stove is not afraid of seawater, as it can handle both fresh and seawater. Carefully thought-out details in the materials make the fireplace a blazing hot top product. Marine aluminum conducts heat excellently, the stove's front panel has a grate and the glass door allows you to check the fire situation without opening the door. The fireplace package includes two meters of chimney pipe and a rain hat, but if you want more pipe, a chimney grill or a spark guard, take a look at the accessories list.
Remember that it is not recommended to use chlorine with marine aluminum, as chlorine oxidizes the marine aluminum. We recommend changing the water often enough and using active oxygen tablets (see accessories).Active oxygen oxidizes the water for about a day, after which the water can also be used for watering, as it does not contain any added chemicals and is also safer for children. Oxygen-free water easily starts to form a slimy surface along the edges of the bathtub, but active oxygen prevents this process.

In the Classic Hot Tub, your behind is not frozen, even in rough conditions. The 45 centimeter insulating Styrox on the bottom prevents the cold from entering the bottom of the pool and at the same time keeps the water warmer. The delivery includes a plastic cover, which reduces heat loss considerably. A well-heated hot tub can be warmed up again the next morning with one round of wood.
There is also enough heat in Lunawood's heat-treated pine panel, which crowns the appearance of the hot tub as the edge material of the pool. You don't have to do anything to the pine panel if you don't want to. Untreated the surface turns a beautiful gray over the years. However, if you want to keep the brown shade, brush the surface with wood oil every year. The plastic pool is also maintenance-free aswell, because when there are no molded seams in the plastic pool, dirt cannot accumulate in any special spots. However, remember to keep the pool surfaces clean when changing the water. It is easy to do with regular detergents. The most careful users can sometimes clean the pool more properly, i.e. disinfect their pool, but remember to treat the waste water correctly.
